Refund policy
At Purscia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every fashion bag you purchase from us meets our quality standards.
1. Quality Check Before Dispatch
All our products undergo a thorough quality inspection before they are shipped. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered is not what you ordered.
- Damaged Item Received: If the item is damaged upon delivery. In this case, you must provide clear video proof of unboxing showing the issue.
3. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- We cannot accept returns or process refunds if the product has been used, opened, or is not in its original condition.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- No requests shall be entertained after 30 days or more since the purchase date.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all items that show signs of use, damage after use, or tampering will not be accepted for return or refund.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, refund, or exchange, please provide the following details via our contact page or WhatsApp:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return/Refund
- Clear video proof (in case of damage)
6. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received back in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or store credit, as per your preference.
